We're Jareth and Deb — and we've been figuring this thing out together since before smartphones existed.
How It All Started
We got married young, full of faith and completely unprepared for how hard — and how good — it would actually be. Twenty-six years later, we have eight kids ranging from 5 to 25, a bustling athletic training facility, and more stories than we could ever tell.
Full Life Crew started as a way to document our life — the wins, the failures, the hilarious moments, and the hard ones. What we didn't expect was how many people would find us and say 'this is exactly what I needed to hear.'
We're not experts. We're not perfect. We're just a family that decided to live out loud and share what we've learned along the way — about marriage, parenting, faith, fitness, and everything in between.
